Allocated hairdresser was running approximately 30 minutes late as the salon was as they said fully booked...more like overbooked! She looked at my hair and we discussed what to do so I had high hopes. Was eventually taken downstairs to the basement to have my hair washed which was the best bit as I got a lovely head massage. Back upstairs to a chair only to sit there with a towel on my head for another 10 to 15 minutes.
Finally the hairdresser arrived and she started on my hair. However apart from the very odd way she went about cutting my hair (I've never seen it done like that ever) I found she kept stopping to talk to other people, then stopping to have a drink, basically just stopping for everything. It was very annoying as I'm used to total client attention without interruption or diversion plus time was getting on and I had plans. Eventually it was time for the blow dry and I was horrified when she picked up the mangy old brush sitting on the side that looked half melted and started using it on my hair. Didn't like the blow either in fact I rinsed it out as soon as I got home.
Staff seemed friendly and pleasant enough but I wouldn't call it a 1st class salon and I wouldn't go back nor recommend them. - Jade Downer Review added: 2018.03.13★ ★ ★ ★ ★I would highly recommend Scarlet. She cut my hair to the perfect length, just above the shoulder. The blow dry and products were lovely and I left with shiny soft hair. Will be coming back for a trim!
