- Tanita Nieto Review added: 2018.11.26★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went there and after I tried to pay with my card and failed (even though I was certain I had enough money on my account) the cashier called to his manager to say I couldn't pay. I had also mentioned that my Girlfriend was just down the street and she would come and pay. Nevertheless the manager came and asked me a bunch of questions like I was literally going to steal all of the stuff.
And I was already being cornered when the cashier on the next till said to a customer "I've been here for 5 minutes and there's already a shoplifter" I find that a complete insult as I wasn't stealing ANYTHING but my card was just being denied.
He kept on grinning and looking at me mockingly even until I was outside.
Very very bad customer service and lousy personnel. Beware a young blond guy, he's not very good at his job and should consider quitting.
Will go to Tesco down the street from now on and I advise everyone to do the same. Better people there.
