  Absolutely horrendous!
  Lived in one of.their properties for three years, after the first year, damp started arriving. After months of phoning them a couple of handy men came.round and washed the walls.and painted them, obviously that did.nothing, throughout 2014 we were.phoning them monthly.to say about the extent of the damp, their was white fungus growing in my.eight year old bedroom! The stress of the situation really got to me,.we.also had a baby! Yet they continue to.palm us.off with 'we will get back to you'. In October 2014 I had to send a very to the point email to the.management, listing the extent of the damp.in each room and demanded to see an actual builder, also called environmental health who came and had a look, it was severe rising damp and penetrating! Both were shocked at how we were living in that state! Anyway still took from October till February for them.to decide what they were going to do, the only positive I'd that in the end they agreed to let us not pay our last two months rent whilst we found somewhere else to live, since we have moved out the entire family is happier, and I hope to god that they corrected the problems in.that property so no other family has to.go through the stress I did.
