- Carol Parnham Review added: 2018.02.28★ ★ ★ ★ ★On the evening of Thursday 1/09/16 I fell very ill with dificullty with my breathing at our hotel. The Royal Albert Hotel. Brighton.
Two paramedics attended my husband Denis and myself quickly whilst the ambulance telephone chap stayed on the line reasuring and advising me. Thankyou to him.
The two paramedics were professional and very thoughrer whilst being kind and friendly at the same time. After giving appropriate treatment and staying with us until my condition improved.
They then made me an urgent appointment with the out of hours doctor up at the hospital which was around 20 minutes later, how is that for service.
As I felt better after their care I was happy to accept the appointment as I have severe respiratory problems normally. I would like to thank the paramedics and the very nice people at the out of hours surgery for the care and attention given to us both.
People are very quick to complain but unfortunately not so quick to give praise and thanks when it is due.
Brighton is a large very busy city putting a lot of pressure on the emergency services and personnel working within it. Once again our thanks. Brilliant services and a smile for someone in need of help.
