But once I spoke to Roy who initially picked up my car he made me feel instantly comfortable that T Reeve would take good care of me and my car. The following day I spoke to Shaun who once again reassured me that they could help me out and I wouldn't be out of pocket and that is exactly what T Reeve did. I couldn't thank Shaun and the team enough. It makes such a difference when the people you are working with will go out of their way to help you and with sincerity, and this was the vibe I felt when dealing with Shaun. Its no wonder they have been around for over 100 years!
